一、 概述

本儀器主要測試薄的熱導(dǎo)體、固體電絕緣材料、導(dǎo)熱硅脂、樹脂、橡膠、陶瓷、鋁基板等材料的熱阻以及固體界面處的接觸熱阻和材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)。檢測材料為固態(tài)片狀，加圍框可檢測粉狀態(tài)材料及膏狀材料。

儀器參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：MIL-I-49456A（絕緣片材、導(dǎo)熱樹脂、熱導(dǎo)玻纖增強(qiáng)）；GB 5598-85（氧化鈹瓷導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測定方法）；ASTM D5470-12（薄的熱導(dǎo)性固體電絕緣材料傳熱性能的測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）等。

儀器特點(diǎn)：帶自動(dòng)加壓，自動(dòng)測厚裝置，并連計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)控制。儀器采用6點(diǎn)溫度梯度檢測，提高了測試精度。可檢測不同壓力下熱阻曲線，采用優(yōu)化的數(shù)學(xué)模型，可測量材料導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)和熱阻以及界面處接觸熱阻等多個(gè)參數(shù)。

廣泛應(yīng)用在高等院校，科研單位，質(zhì)檢部門和生產(chǎn)廠的材料導(dǎo)熱分析檢測。
