
目前現(xiàn)有的人工砂生產(chǎn)線,絕大部分采用濕法生產(chǎn)工藝,無(wú)論采用何種形式的洗砂機(jī),其突出的缺點(diǎn)是細(xì)砂(0.16mm以下的顆粒)流失嚴(yán)重,有的甚至流失20%以上,這不但損失產(chǎn)量,而且還嚴(yán)重影響砂子的級(jí)配,造成級(jí)配不合理,細(xì)度模數(shù)偏粗,大大降低了機(jī)制砂的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。過(guò)多的細(xì)砂排放,還會(huì)造成環(huán)境的污染。
