機臺特性

● 主結(jié)構(gòu)鑄件采用HT300材質(zhì)，表面硬度不低于HB250，經(jīng)高溫退火及自然時效處理。
● 合理的布筋提供良好的整體剛性，使基頻遠離共振區(qū)，保證加工光潔度。
● 底座三層，立柱二層肋骨鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)，超寬底座，頭部與立柱結(jié)合面采用1:1:1設(shè)計，增加切削剛性。機身采用45度整體斜背式鑄造設(shè)計，展現(xiàn)的加工精度。
● 進給軸采用進口滾柱線軌支撐（X,Z軸采用增強型45規(guī)格），保證機床的高負載，高精度。



● The main structure castings are made of HT300 material, the surface hardness is not less than HB250, and they are subjected to high temperature annealing and natural aging treatment.
● Reasonable cloth ribs provide good overall rigidity, keep the fundamental frequency away from the resonance zone, and ensure processing finish
● The base has three layers, the column has two layers of rib casting structure, the super wide base, the head and the column joint surface adopts a 1:1:1 design to increase cutting rigidity. The fuselage adopts a 45-degree integral diagonal back casting design, showing unique machining accuracy.
● The feed axis adopts imported roller linear rail support (X, Z axis adopts enhanced 45 specifications) to ensure the high load and high precision of the machine tool.
